Leicester City took a step closer to a first premier league title with a 4-0 win over Swansea City. A tenth minute opener from Rhiyad Mahrez was followed by a brace from Leo Ulloa and topped off by Mark Albrighton. The Foxes now only need 5 points from 3 games to secure the league title.

Crystal Palace secured a place in the FA cup final by beating Watford 2-1 at Wembley. Goals from Yannick Bolasie and Connor Wickham were enough to put them through despite Troy Deeney's equaliser. They will play Manchester United after they also beat Everton 2-1 yesterday.

Reigning champions Barcelona were knocked out of the champions league by Atlético Madrid after French striker Antoine Griezmann noched twice to send them through, leaving a possible Madrid derby, with Real Madrid, Man City and PSG being the other three remaining teams.
