DAVID DE GEA stunned a young Manchester United fan and his family after sending his BOOTS as a present.
Connor's dad Andy had sent a tweet to De Gea of his 10-year-old son in a United goalkeeper kit with matching boots and gloves.
His mum, Lindsay, tells SunSport: "We were hoping just to get a tweet back for Connor from David." But Adidas, who sponsor both De Gea and United spotted the tweet - and cryptically told Connor that they had "something for him."
The family were out when a package was delivered and dropped to a neighbour's house.
But the postman had made a mistake, leaving a note to say it was at number three... but it wasn't.
After a quick treasure hunt, Connor and his sister eventually found the parcel, left at number two.
Amazingly, when he opened the box Connor found De Gea's framed match-worn boots from his epic performance against Tottenham at Wembley Stadium in January.
